My Mommy wrote this blog to chronicle the events, developments and happenings in my life as a baby boy. There are special moments in seemingly ordinary events of my life....all recorded here.
Eversince Juan Or was about 1 year old, Juan Or is good at 'manipulating' others to get things his way. For example, because he loves to play at those forbidden places - you know, places like the electricals, wires, altar table, stairs, behind the refrigerator and his Great-grandmother's cabinet - and moreover, Mommy and other family members were busy with eating dinner or doing other things. So for our convenience and his safety, Juan Or will be put into the baby cot, very much to his dislike. Very rarely will you see Juan Or contented playing by himself in the cot. Most often than not, Juan Or will be feigning a pitiful-looking face, and making his trademark fretful and crying sound - but no tears! And when Mommy takes him out of the cot, Juan Or will start smiling or laughing! Mind you, the smile or laugh is not of the normal type, instead it's the cheeky type as if to say,"Haha...you got tricked by me!" That's what Mommy calls it - crocodile tears! Only recently did Mommy have the chance to video-shoot Juan Or doing his crocodile tears. Watch this video:

Help Thien Nhan
Thien Nhan was an abandoned Vietnamese baby who miraculously survived after being mauled by a wild animal way back in July 2006. The attack resulted in the loss of his entire right leg and genitals. Click this photo to read more about Thien Nhan's plight. Thien Nhan will require 4 or 5 genital surgeries over the next 10 to 15 years, plus ongoing physiotherapy, prosthetic care and lifelong hormone replacement therapy. Your generous donations will go a long way in helping Thien Nhan lead a better life.
