Teasing Mommy

Juan Or's sense of humour seems to be in teasing Mommy. Whenever Juan Or touches something forbidden, Mommy will be going,"Eeiii! eeiii! Cannot! Cannot touch!" Just yesterday evening, after Mommy took Juan Or back from the babysitter's house, Mommy allowed Juan Or to 'drive' the car, i.e., putting Juan Or to play with the car steering (with engine off, of course!). As a safety measure, Mommy made sure the car doors were locked, just in case Juan Or pulled the car door lever and ended up falling out of the car. Then as usual, Juan Or's itchy hands would go pulling at the car door lever. Although the car doors were locked, however, Mommy didn't want Juan Or to get into the habit of playing with the car door lever. So Mommy went 'Eeiii! eeiii! Cannot! Cannot touch!' whenever Juan Or pulled at it. On seeing Mommy going 'frantic' about the lever, Juan Or would start laughing heartily and in a mischievous manner. Then he would go teasing Mommy again by pretending to pull at the lever and just before pulling, he would laugh out loud! What a cute and mischievous baby, yet so lovable! It was already past midnight, Juan Or still wasn't feeling sleepy and so wanted to play. So happen, Grandpa wanted to catch the midnight news on television and Mommy also had to be up to entertain Juan Or. Shown here in the photo above was Juan Or trying to get hold of forbidden things, in this case was a loose wire attached to a treadmill (of course the wire was not connected to any electrical outlet!). Juan Or loves to play at the treadmill, and Grandpa and Mommy kept on reminding Juan Or not to play with the wire - any other objects placed on the treadmill can be touched but not the wire! However, Juan Or seemed to ignore the countless reminders and enjoyed doing it on purpose. Just before holding the wire, Juan Or would glance at Grandpa and Mommy, giving that sly and cunning smile. Ooohhh, Mommy's baby is a good teaser!

Juan Or is Teasing Mommy

It was near midnight and as usual Juan Or refused to go to sleep and wanted to play. Mommy put him into the baby walker so that he can play by himself. In the midst of playing, Juan Or discovered the backrest of the rattan stool to be his best play thing of the day. At first, he pulled the backrest so much so the stool tilted backwards. Then, he bit and sucked the backrest. On seeing that, Mommy quickly intercepted and said,"Eiiiikkk.....dirty! Cannot!" Juan Or immediately let go and laughed heartily. Then he bit and sucked the backrest again and again Mommy reacted in the same manner. Again Juan Or laughed heartily. And again Juan Or repeated the same thing, this time, as he was about to bite and suck the backrest, he cheekily glanced at Mommy, anticipating Mommy to react. Of course Mommy reacted and Juan Or quickly let go off the backrest. Juan Or burst into squeals of laughter to see Mommy reacting like that. Mommy's boy is so cute! Muah! Kisses for Juan Or!
