Sticking the Tongue Out

Recently, Juan Or discovered the existence of his tongue. How does Mommy know that? Mommy caught Juan Or sticking his tongue out repeatedly and in a playful manner. And Mommy knows Juan Or has never done that before this, but now is sticking his tongue out as and when he likes as if his tongue is a play thing.
