Today is Juan Or's maternal grandmother's birthday. And Juan Or only gets to see his Ah Ma for only about 2 to 3 times a year, i.e., during festive days and on certain day for a specific purpose, like the day Mommy took Juan Or to go collect his prize for the Taman Chi Liung's Public Bank Branch's Cute Baby Contest in July 2010. As for Juan Or's photo that Mommy submitted for the contest, Ah Ma had commented that the depiction of Juan Or was not cute enough for the purpose of the contest. But what to do, that was the most recent good quality photo Mommy could get. Other cuter photos were all captured via Mommy's camera handphone, so the quality was not that good. Nevertheless Juan Or managed to win because of Ah Ma's aggressive effort to lobby for votes for her first and only grandchild. So Mommy decided to send her an e-card for her birthday, compiling all the cute photos of Juan Or to repay her kindness and effort, and to sort of make 'amends' for sending the not-so-cute photo of Juan Or (which is in her keeping now).
