Pre-trip: Getting Ready

Two days before the destined trip (12th-14th November 2010), Mommy started packing up the main essentials into one luggage bag. Yes, that's right - Papa's clothes (3 sets of house clothes and undies), Mommy's clothes (3 sets of house clothes plus 2 sets of casual wear and undies) and Juan Or's clothes (4 sets of outing clothes and no need for undies! ^_^) - all into one personal luggage bag only. The other baby essentials and toiletries would only be packed in a second personal luggage bag later on or on the eve of the departure day.


Seeing the luggage bag being packed was a first time experience for Juan Or. Of course, Juan Or didn't have to do the packing. In fact, Mommy did all that for everyone in the house. Juan Or merely watched what Mommy was doing while Papa slept all the way through by then.

On seeing Mommy zipped open the luggage bag and thus revealing a 'big' potential space, Juan Or came over to sit in the luggage like his own cosy space. Could it be that he was imagining sitting in the boat as in "Row, row, row your boat" song? So while Mommy loaded Papa's clothes in, Juan Or sat at half the potential space left. Then when finally Mommy packed in Mommy's and Juan Or's clothes in, he had no choice but to climb out from the luggage. ^_^
